Kate has a particular passion for women’s mental health and well-being, with a strong focus on the pre- and post-natal periods. She also enjoys supporting individuals in setting, maintaining, and achieving their health and lifestyle goals, and works collaboratively to help people make meaningful and sustainable changes.
Kate has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-based strategies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
She is committed to providing a warm, practical, and empathetic approach to help clients feel supported and empowered in their well-being journey.
